This shirt is unisex and for women runs larger than your true size. You can size down comfortably. Visit our Instagram page and look for post dated 12/09/2023 where you can see how it fits on a couple of us ladies. I am wearing a medium and so is my pickleball partner. I am 5'4"and have the shirt tucked in the back. I can size down to a small easily as my normal size is a typically a medium in womens. We hope this helps for size reference!
